Return and Refund Policy
Cards & Such by Bonnie offers a 30 day satisfaction promise.
If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase and would like a refund or exchange you must send in your request in writing (email is fine also) within 30 days of receiving your order.
You will need to state what the problem is and if you prefer a refund or an exchange.
Please remember that each item is handmade so differences will occur between each product. No two are ever exactly the same.
- You must contact me before returning an item.
- The return of the item is your responsibility and must be done in a timely matter.
- Please pack the return item carefully with all of its original packaging. Also include a note of why you are returning the item.
- When returning an item, it must be in its original condition, unused and undamaged. If the item has been damaged due to careless packaging, has been used or is in poor condition, it will not be accepted for a refund or exchange.
Please allow 5 - 10 business days after the returned item is received for your refund or exchange to be processed.
In the case that an item was damaged in shipment to you please contact me as soon as possible so I can either send a replacement or let you choose another item from my shop.
If you order is incomplete or has the wrong items please contact me as soon as possible and I will send the correct items to you within 5 business days.
Custom & Personalized Orders
Custom orders and personalized items are non-refundable or returnable unless the item was damaged in shipment to you or is incorrect. You will be sent proofs through email of the item before you place your order so please ask me all the questions you have. I want to make sure you receive exactly what you ask for.
