This is the happy couple on their wedding day. Danie's gown was beautiful and she just radiated. Daniel seemed pretty calm (of course he had not just spent all day getting hair, make-up, etc.) :-) They had actually already planned on how they were going to handle certain parts of the ceremony and reception.

This is Luke and Rebekah. Luke was the ring bearer, though he never made it up the aisle, and Rebekah was one of two flower girls. Luke decided right before the ceremony that he wanted cake and threw a hugh temper tantrum in the back of the sanctuary. He ended up sleeping on the floor during the entire ceremony. Rebekah, though she was excited, wouldn't smile throughout the entire time.

Here is my side of the family. Starting on the left front is Rebekah, Danie, me, Luke, Ruth (Mike's mom) Back row from left, Greg is holding Juston, Brian (my brother and greg's partner holding Jordon, Daniel the groom, Jerry (Mike's dad) and Mike, father of the bride.

Our most basic instinct is not for survival but for family.  Most of us would give our own life for the survival of a family member, yet we lead our daily life too often as if we take our family for granted.  ~Paul Pearshall

These three adorable children are the reason Cards and Such by Bonnie exists. I am a stay at home mom but I love to work. I love to make things even more! My friends have always told me I should sell my cards and such. I decided that it wasn't such a bad idea!

I actually have a Masters degree in Library Science but am unable to work outside of the home at this time. I feel it is very important to be home for my little ones (plus they grow up so fast!) Danielle has bipolar disorder and has been struggling with this disease for the last three years. I have needed to be home for her also as she is sometimes unable to attend school. Right now my family needs me at home so that is where I am.

UPDATE:  Danie has started college at the Art Institute in Kansas City. Her major is photography and she is very excited! Her favorite class right now is psychology.
