Only one entry permitted. Any entries over one will be void
The odds of winning depend on the number of entries received
Prize is a card kit valued at approximately $20.00. A prize of equal or greater value may be substituted
Winner will be notified by email. Winner has 14 days to claim prize. If winner does not claim prize within the stated time a new winner will be chosen.
