Gather together all the supplies you will need:

2 different ribbons the same width

Adhesive dots of your choice (I used WackyTac)
Vellum adhesive (Mine came from glue arts)
Black ink
Stamps:
Santa stamp
Archiver's Snag'em stamps "gingerbread boy"
Acrylic block
Colored pencils (I used watercolor pencils for a brighter color)
3 buttons
tan floss
3 small plastic snowflakes
Rhinestone gems 2 clear, 2 green and 1 red
White card stock
Christmas patterned paper
Scribbles snow paint
scissors
Instructions
First step: Stamp the santa image on white card stock in black ink. Stamp the gingerbread man on white card stock in brown ink.
Note: You don't need much paper for these images so this would be a good time to use up some of those scraps of paper.
Second step: Cut the santa down to a managable size and glue to the back of the Christmas paper.
In my example, the paper was double sided so that is why you see a design on the same side as my santa. The side I want to show is on the other side.
Third Step:
Cut the santa image out.
Fourth step:
Color in Santa's cheeks, eyes and mouth with the colored pencils. Fill in the hat and glove with the Snow writer paint. Set aside to dry. Also color in the gingerbread boy using the colored pencils and then cut out.
Fifth Step:
Adhere the adhesive to one of the pieces of ribbon. Place the ribbon vertically on the right side of the page. Place the second piece of ribbon on the opposite side directly over the first ribbon.
Sixth Step:Cut a rectangle from the same Christmas paper. Press one side of the Christmas rectangle against the ribbon. Place (but do not adhere) the santa image at an angle and over lapping the Christmas paper. Trace the edge of the santa image onto the Christmas paper. Cut along the traced line.
Seventh Step: Place the rectangle you just cut and the back of the santa image onto the vellum adhesive. Rub the pieces to be sure the adhesive sticks to the pieces.
Note: The adhesive is on the clear part of this piece and the white is the paper backing so don't get confused and think the santa image should be on the sticky side. He shouldn't the back of the santa image gets the sticky side
Eigth Step: Place the straight edge of the piece of Christmas paper against the ribbon (In this case the Ho Ho Ho ribbon) Then line the santa image up with the cut edge of the Christmas paper. Rub the pieces to adhere well. Turn the page over and this is what it should look like:
Ninth Step: On this side of the page attach the gingerbread boy on top of the green square using foam squares so he stands off the page just a little. Attach the rhinestone stickers. I used the clear ones for the eyes and the red and green for the buttons.
Tenth Step: Thread the tan floss through the buttons, tie on top and trim.
Eleventh Step: Attach the buttons to the rectangle between the gingerbread boy and the ribbon using the glue dots (not the foam squares)
j
Twelvth Step: Turn the page back over and attach any decorative accent you like. I used some small plastic snowflakes I had left over from another project. Your done!
